Request account deletion

You can ask us to delete your MacroRisk Sentinel account and the data associated with it. You do not need to be signed in or to have any app installed. Deletion is handled by a person, after we have verified the request.

1. Send an email to the address below from the email address registered with your MacroRisk Sentinel account.
2. Say that you want your MacroRisk Sentinel account and associated data deleted.
3. We will verify your identity and the scope of the request before anything is deleted. We will not ask for your password, a session token or an identity document in this first message.
4. We will tell you when the request has been completed, or what could not be completed and why.

This page does not delete anything and does not send a message for you. Opening it, or opening your email app from it, changes nothing about your account until you send the email and we complete the verified request.

We review your account, alert preferences and related records across Base44, Supabase and Resend. Some confirmation or delivery records may need to be retained to prevent duplicate or unwanted emails. We will explain what was deleted, what remains and why. See Privacy information.
